I want to thank Kristen for going above and beyond to accomodate me. The dress we ordered came in perfect condition and in speedy time. I found this dress on her website and decided to order it from her site because she is the only site that would take back the dress within a couple of days of receiving it. No other sites do that! You can't be certain all the time that the dress will look good just from a picture. So at least you have an option of changing your mind. The dress came right away and my daughter loved it so we didn't have to take advantage of that policy, but it was good to know it was there just in case. Thanks for your great customer service! Joann
