You may do this before you place the actual order! Once you decide to place an order, we have 3-5 business days to process the order & ship it out. When the order is shipped, you will then receive an email with your tracking information. On any special orders, we will e-mail you the delivery date within 24 hours. PURCHASE FROM US WE WILL BEAT THEIR PRICE BY $20.00!!! *We only sell original gowns from the manufacturers, and will not beat any one's price with replica gowns.* TAX POLICY: Prom Gown Towne will only charge a 5% tax on Massachusetts residents only. The 5% tax will be added to any item that is more than $175.00 priced. Any item under $175.00 will not be charged the 5% tax. Please feel free to contact us with any questions! RETURN POLICY: Dresses, Gowns, Bridesmaids We hope you love your dress but should any item fail to meet your expectations, we shall gladly take it back for a refund or exchange, whichever you prefer. If you return the dress for a refund, you will be charged a Restocking fee. Restocking fees are 20% of the price of the dress. If you return the dress for an exchange you will be charged for shipping only. If you request to exchange a dress for another size the second dress ordered is NOT returnable. Please call our toll free number 866-518-PROM (7766) or email us at Returns@promgowntown.com within 3 (THREE) days of delivery, to advise us of your intentions. We will issue a return authorization number which needs to be included in your return to us. In order to exchange the dress or receive a refund, you must also ship your package within the same 3 day period. The package must be post-marked within those 3 days! If the package is post-marked past the 3 days allowed, it will be refused and sent back to sender. We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges without this return authorization number. You must write the return authorization number on the outside of the box. A refund will then be issued (less the 20% restocking fee) upon receipt of the item in the original condition. Shipping charges are non refundable. The merchandise must be returned in its original condition. We have 100% inspection on merchandise leaving the warehouse. Any returns are inspected upon receipt of the package. Items must not have been worn, washed, altered and MUST have all originals tags attached and in original packaging. Items with snags, rips, make-up stains, odors (i.e. perfume, body lotion, or smoke) or other damages will result in the item being returned to you. Please Note: If you do not accept the item being returned to you, we will charge you 50% of the value of the item, plus shipping charges, and the 20% restocking fee. Special orders are non returnable and non exchangeable. Special orders are orders for dresses or gowns that we do not have in stock and need to be ordered directly from the manufacturer. If you are notified it is a Special Order through email or via telephone, you will have 24 hours to cancel the order before being processed through the warehouse. You will need to respond back to the email or leave a phone message in order to cancel the merchandise or you may confirm with written authorization to have Prom Gown Towne to proceed with your order. There are not any additional charges associated with special orders. Dresses on SALE are NOT returnable. Invisible Bras, Add a size pads, Shoes and Jewelry are also NOT returnable. Quinceanera Gowns: Bathing Suits are exchangeable, especially if the fit is not suitable for you. You may exchange the Bathing Suit only if it was not worn, washed and tags need to be attached still. Halloween Costumes & Accessories Halloween Costumes and Accessories are nonreturnable. If the size is incorrect you may exchange the costume for another size, but you will need to pay for shipping charges via UPS. Before placing your order please check the size charts to get a correct match. All orders that are in stock will be shipped within 3-5 business days. These orders need to go through our inspection process before leaving the warehouse. Delivery Fees for Gowns & Halloween Costumes VIA UPS: UPS ground in Continental Alaska and 3 day shipping - $25 2 day shipping - $30 Overnight - $60 Saturday overnight delivery- $65 Outside the U.S.- $60 will be authorized on your Credit Card. It may cost more or less for shipping charges, depending on the box and weight of the package. We will then inform you by either email or phone to give you the exact amount that is charged on the Credit Card. We use UPS to ship to international addresses. Customer is responsible for Duties and Taxes, which are billed to you by UPS/Postal Service. -If you would like an estimate before placing your order on the international charges. Once the order is shipped, the transaction will clear your credit card for the following amounts. Customers using money orders or personal checks, your order will not be placed until we receive the money order or the electronic personal check is processed. Instructions for Personal Checks: These checks will be processed electronically through your Bank Account. You need to place the order, and please select the Money Order option. We will get the account number and routing number over the phone and process the check while on the phone with you.
